Healthmark Education

Dubai

Healthmark’s training centre in Dubai was set up in 2023 to support the Group’s recruitment efforts for its operations in Malta. Healthmark has established this centre so that while prospective employees await their VISA approval to work in Malta, they can be provided with the necessary training needed to perform their jobs effectively once they arrive in Malta, whilst preparing them for a career in Europe.

Facilities at this training centre consist of a training room, a hospital simulation room with medical equipment, offices, meeting rooms, and a recreation area. The academy is certified by the Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA), which is the educational quality assurance and regulatory authority of the Government of Dubai, in the United Arab Emirates. Each group consists of 20-30 students with 2 trainers to teach clinical and non-clinical content. Courses are held weekly.
