James Caterers Limited and its CPU, The Food Factory, has attained BRC Food Safety Certification V.9 for the Production (washing, portioning, mixing of vegetable and animal ingredients, cooking, cooling, filling and packaging, freezing, sheathing) of frozen read to eat/heat vegetable, meat and fish meals in microwaveable plastic trays with plastic film. Production (dosing, mixing of ingredients, baking, freezing, packaging) of ready-to-eat frozen sweet bakery products (muffins) packed in paper cup in plastic bag (bulk) within cardboard boxes.
