Ceserani, an educational institute founded through a joint venture between JCL Holdings and Anton B. Dougall M.O.M. has started to offer another course. The first session, held on 25th October marked the beginning of this new culinary experience. Welcoming 15 students in each class from two government schools, Ceserani fosters a dynamic learning environment where passion meets expertise.
Throughout the 8-week program, students embark on a gastronomic adventure, delving into the details of food handling under the mentorship of Anton B. Dougall himself. With a curriculum designed to instil practical skills and theoretical knowledge, Ceserani equips students with the tools essential to help them successfully enter the culinary world.
Beyond the classroom, Ceserani offers a holistic educational experience, including insightful factory tours that provide a glimpse into the inner workings of the food industry. From mastering the art of basic packaging in pastry, bakery, and kitchen to understanding the details of food safety and food handling, Ceserani leaves no stone unturned in its quest to provide the full learning experience.
