Job Description
We are seeking to recruit an Accounts Executive on a full time basis to join our accounts team.
Responsibilities:
- Supplier Reconciliations on a monthly basis
- Payment preparation and posting
- Posting of supplier payments and sending of payment remittances
- Sending client statements
- Assistant with client queries
- Posting of sales receipts
- Issuing sales invoices and sales credit notes
- Intercompany reconciliations
- Conduct bank reconciliations on a monthly basis
- Conduct cash reconciliation
- Computes sales commission workings
- Posting of payroll Journals
- Issuing of rebates on a monthly basis
- Necessary filing of invoices, payments and other accounting documents as required.
- Attend monthly stock takes
- Assisting in the annual audits
- Any other tasks that are required
Requirements:
- Preferably having an A level in accounts or equivalent
- Knowledge of SFM and Eyesel software will be considered as an asset
- Fluent in Maltese and English language
- Organised and self-motivated
- Works under minimum supervision
